Why is this so popular in Rochester???? I am confounded by these every time I see one.
Why do road engineers design roads with a round-a-bout, circle j*#k as I call them? I get so confused when i drive thru the bigger ones or when in the heart of downtown. They get me all flustered and flabbergasted. What is the purpose of them? I just don’t get it. Any ideas?
